About the 3CX team

3CX’s Customer Service team is in charge of ensuring that our 250,000 customers and 10,000 partners around the world experience the highest possible level of customer service in a timely manner. The CSR team plays an important role within the company and reports directly to the Marketing Director.

About the Job:

Ensure the highest possible level of customer service
Dealing with inbound calls, customer and partner inquiries
Handling complaints
Manage all daily requests and queries by phone and email for End Users and Partners.
Escalating requests and queries to the appropriate departments.
Liaising with internal departments to provide correct information and guidance on 3CX products.
Always looking to increase the quality and effectiveness of replies and reduce response times to surpass customer expectations.
Respond to assigned ticket types within the established KPI (Key Performance Indicators) quality score and ticket handling time.
Shift work – this position will be on weekly rotation between morning and afternoon shifts.
About the Applicant:

Native English speaker
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2 years experience in a similar role
Resourceful and able to quickly find and locate policies and procedures to deliver correct information in a timely manner
Collaborates by sharing best practices with peers and team
Team Player
Excellent time management skills
Experience in Telecom/VoIP/IT will be considered an advantage
Ability to answer/process large volume of tickets
Problem solving skills
Enjoys learning about new technologies and obtaining new skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
